Kek Coklat Honeycomb Lembab Lembut Gebu Gula Karamel Bahan bahannya 3/4 cawan gula 3/4 cawan air 3 sudu mentega Cara caranya Masak gula sehingga perang.Tuang air.Biar sehingga sedikit pekat.Masuk mentega.Kacau rata.Ketepikan. Bahagian Kek 5 biji telur 1/4 tin susu manis 1/4 tin coklat cream 1 cawan tepung gandum 1 sdm soda bikarbonat Pukul telur hingga kembang.Masuk susu,coklat krim,tepung dan soda.Pukul sebati.Masuk karamel,adun rata.Tapis,kemudian kukus 1 jam sehingga kek masak. Coklat Ganache 250 gm cooking chocolate 3 sdm mentega 100 ml susu cair Cairkan coklat dengan kaedah double boil.Setelah coklat cair,masuk mentega.Tuang susu .Kacau rata.Tuang ganache ke atas kek yang telah dibahagi 2 ------------------------------------------------------------------ Moist and soft chocolate honeycomb cake Caramel Ingredients 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup water 3 tbsp butter Heat sugar till brown.Add in water and let sugar dissolves.Add in butter Set aside. Chocolate Cake 5 eggs 1/4 can condensed milk 1/4 can chocolate cream 1 cup wheat flour 1 tbsp bicarbonate of soda Beat eggs till fluffy.Add in milk,chocolate cream,flour and soda.Whisk till fine.Pour in caramel.Strain mixture.Steam for an hour til cake is cooked. Chocolate ganache 1 bar cooking chocolate 3 tbsp butter 100 ml evaporated milk Cut cake into halves.Pour chocolate ganache onto cake
